Hello everyone, today is a day of introspection. Not necessarily looking back at the past, but internally who we are. Each individual person on this planet is going through such a unique and complex situation called life. Today is for remembering that.

Parabola by Tool, easily one of my favorite songs of theirs, is today’s song of the day because it does exactly this. It’s such a grounding song that promotes feeling your true self.

Remember that your physical self is you, but is it all you are? Feel the eternal wave of energy that fires each neuron in your brain. Your life, experiences and actions can all be brought back to electronic pulses inside your flesh. Your brain dictates your moves, but is it all you? Is it you and you alone? Are you in control of your life?
